@DaveHcontrarian@Nick193527 Asking David about BTC is like asking him about Pokemon cards, he simply doesn’t know what the hell either of them are. I’d take his advice on equities but BTC is just another animal. Watch and learn ;-)
Commodity prices get wrecked by financialization—index funds and hedge funds speculating hard, syncing unrelated assets in wild booms/busts.
Bitcoin is the next step in money’s evolution, replacing today’s government Ponzi scheme. When it finally breaks, the fix is right in front of us—yet most people laugh at it. Like in the Bible, the real answer is often the one everyone ignores. Truth is, folks overcomplicate things and forget what money actually is: just a simple, honest store of value.
- BTC towers above them all: perfectly scarce digital gold with fixed 21M supply, no physical risks, borderless, and the ultimate store of value in a inflating world—way more important as sound money than any traditional commodity
Who cares what commodity you own when the currency behind it is worthless.
@bcnich@DaveHcontrarian@KevinKummerow@SFENG_TA@Tej_Sandhu@SamEhsani4 lol no one’s getting angry. You’re reading my words in an angry tone. Your reality is assuming that people based around crypto are angry and defensive. BTC doesn’t need you lol. Trust me. Hold your gold and fiat and we can resume this debate in 5 years.
Faith in ALL commodities are blind. Everything that has value only has value because humans say it does. Seashells were used as currency and so was rice. You take pride in your ability to read market history, I advise you apply your logic to history. BTC will thrive and its unfortunate that men who are get triggered by BTC will fail because they fear what they don’t wish understand.
I’ve seen cults in Gold, Silver and tech stocks like Tesla. The fact that you’re singling out BTC as a cult alone implies your utter ignorance and you will fail in the long run. I’ve held Gold and silver for over 18 years. I understand what true money is. BTC will replace them both in due time. Know your history and follow the real money.
Money = unit that measures stored human promissory energy.
Fiat= printed to oblivion and will die in 20 years.
Gold = impossible to verify and heavy to transport in a global economy.
BTC=watch and learn.
I follow plenty of people and you’re about 90% correct verses most. BUT your lack of care for BTC in an industrial’s robotic world that’s coming fast is concerning. I don’t see any other alternative. Follow the money.
