"Every day he spits and aggressively knocks on our door," she wrote.

Mail carriers, clerks, and most other postal workers are not authorized law enforcement.

Any mail carrier who tries to hold someone for ICE—or who uses the route as an immigration dragnet—is acting outside postal authority.

🚨THIS IS INSANE!!!

A daughter drove HUNDREDS of miles to check on her sick 75-year-old father... only to find the locks changed and a Ring camera on his door.

When she climbed through a window to reach her own dad, SHE got arrested for trespassing.

Then she was told, THROUGH THE DOORBELL, that he was no longer alive and that the NURSE who "took care of him" actually now OWNED HER DAD'S HOUSE.

This happened in Conway, South Carolina, and it will make your blood boil.

Her name is Nora Rowland.

Her dad was Robert Rowland, 75 years old and a vulnerable man living with Parkinson's and a brain injury.

Nora and her father were incredibly close. A "daddy's girl," she said. They FaceTimed every single week.

Then, in early 2024, a nurse named Sarah Smalls started caring for Robert through a home care company.

And that's when Nora says her dad started to disappear.

The weekly calls slowed. Then stopped. Something was wrong.

So on Father's Day, when she didn't hear from him, she got in her car and drove from Baltimore all the way to South Carolina to check on the man she loved.

When she got there, his front door had been replaced. A Ring camera was watching her. She couldn't get into her own father's home.

So she climbed through a window. And police arrested her and her partner for TRESPASSING... at her own dad's house.

And then, over that Ring doorbell, she was told her father had died.

Nora says that in the weeks before her father died, that nurse had the DEED to his house signed over to herself.

...and the family wasn't told until he was already gone.

To be clear... man with Parkinson's and a BRAIN INJURY, who was classified as a vulnerable adult was allowed to SIGN HIS HOME AWAY.

In Nora's own words: "He would never think that someone could do this to him. I really can't emphasize enough how many other people could easily get taken advantage of like this."

Her trespassing charges were dismissed, s now she's fighting in court to get her father's house back.

The nurse refused to comment. The care company claimed they knew nothing, but Nora says she has subpoenaed documents proving otherwise.

Police are still investigating.

🚨BREAKING: ICE wrongfully deported a 25-year-old U.S. BORN citizen to Mexico… and he had to SUE the federal government to finally be allowed back into the United States.

Brian José Morales García repeatedly told authorities that he was born in Denver.

He told them he was an American citizen.

He told them he had a birth certificate, and Social Security number, at his home in Austin that he could provide.

And they deported him anyway.

According to his lawyers, the government deported Brian in April after a police stop near Fredericksburg. His citizenship was questioned, and ICE treated him as someone who had entered the country illegally.

Except he was born in the United States.

His lawyers later submitted additional evidence, including hospital records, witness affidavits, and a certified Colorado birth record confirming his citizenship.

And now, months after the government wrongfully deported him, Brian has finally been allowed to come home.

A U.S. citizen had to SUE the federal government, and produce an overwhelming amount of documentation, just to get back into the country he was born in.

And this is exactly why the argument that “if you’re a citizen, you have nothing to worry about,” is absolute bullshit.

Because what happens when the people with the guns and badges decide they don’t believe you?

What happens when saying, “I’m an American citizen…” isn’t enough?

What happens when you have to produce your birth certificate, your Social Security number, hospital records and witnesses… and even THAT doesn’t stop the government from deporting you?

So, when DHS say, “We won’t deport citizens.”

They already have. Brian is proof.

And the most terrifying part is that he was lucky enough to have lawyers who could fight like hell to get him back.

How many people don’t have that?

How many Americans could be detained, deported, or have their lives destroyed because an ICE agent decides they “look undocumented,” and didn’t believe them when they say they’re citizens?

That is why racial profiling is so dangerous, why due process matters, and why ICE agents violating constitutional rights puts everyone in danger.

And that is why giving federal agents more power, while demanding less accountability, is a dangerous combination.

Man then threatened to hit boy if he tried to get back on—drives off leaving him.

The school busing company is named Sunrise Transportation.

Family keeps calling for help—but company says there's nothing they can do because their own cameras weren't working at the time.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed sitting on top of a man and repeatedly punching him in the head during an arrest in Plainfield, New Jersey.

In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs.

Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head.

The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches.

The person filming yells, “Hey!”

The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN.

ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them.

The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest.

ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment.

Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man…

The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched.

So why is an agent repeatedly punching him in the head?

This is another agent that needs to be investigated…

Because being arrested does not mean you lose your right to be free from excessive force.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents surrounded a car, detained two U.S. citizens on their way to work, interrogated them about who they were and what they did for a living… and then walked away like nothing happened.

In Boyle Heights, California, multiple ICE agents surrounded a vehicle and began questioning the driver and passenger.

The passenger immediately pushed back, saying they were on their way to work and asking, “What the fuck do you want?” Saying he wasn’t go going to give his name or any personal information, telling the agents they might as well arrest him now.

The agents ignored what he said and instead asked what they did for work.

He responded, “Don’t worry about it.”

Once the agents realized they were U.S. citizens, they said, “Guys, have a good day,” turned around, and walked away as if nothing had happened.

If ICE had a lawful basis to stop and detain them, discovering they were U.S. citizens shouldn’t suddenly erase that justification.

And what is important to remember is, you generally do not have to answer questions about where you’re going, where you work, or other unrelated personal information because a law enforcement officer asks. Refusing to answer those questions, by itself, is not a crime.

This video is an example of what is becoming the new normal…

A free society is not one where armed federal agents can stop you, interrogate you, and then pretend nothing happened when they realize they picked the wrong people.

🚨BREAKING: Men posed as ICE agents and detained and assaulted a woman… and Tom Homan is telling everyone that they just have to comply with this.

A woman was driving on Highway 211, in Oregon, when a vehicle with flashing red and blue lights pulled behind her.

Believing she was being stopped by law enforcement, she pulled over.

Two men approached her vehicle, one was carrying a rifle, and they claimed to be ICE agents and told her she was being detained.

They pulled her out of her car, searched her, and put her in the back of their vehicle.

Then, a third man… who remained inside the vehicle… assaulted her.

He told her he was the “guard.”

The men were wearing tactical vests labeled “POLICE,” carrying fake badges, and wore face coverings.

They held her for nearly 20 minutes before telling her she was free to go… and then she drove herself to the hospital.

And while she was there, she reported that she started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be a law firm offering legal representation for her detention.

Federal authorities later confirmed this was NOT an official ICE operation… These were people pretending to be federal agents.

And this is exactly why Tom Homan telling people to “comply” with anyone claiming to be ICE is so incredibly dangerous.

Because what is a person supposed to do when someone in a tactical vest, carrying a gun, pulls them over with flashing lights and says they are federal agents?

Just trust them?

This is not about telling people to resist legitimate law enforcement.

This is about the government normalizing a system where anyone can look like an armed federal agent, claim to have authority over you, and expect you to obey without being able to verify who they are.

That doesn’t make people safer.

It makes everyone more vulnerable to being kidnapped, assaulted, or killed by criminals who know they can pretend to be ICE.
