@BBCWatchdog @BBCTheOneShow @BBCOne Speaking of scams!Can you expose a company called @PollenUK who are taking money for holidays and not refunding them when holidays haven’t gone ahead!Thousands of people have been scammed and still waiting for refunds!

@PollenUK what a joke of a company! Still not received any sort of refund, and keep getting different deadlines as to when the money will be in my account (which is a lie!) I advise NOBODY book with this company they’re a scam and hold your money from you! @BBCWatchdog @PollenUK

@PollenUK were is my refund!!?? It is absolutely ridiculous that you are holding not only my own but looks like everyone else’s money that have had holidays cancelled!! You can’t keep blaming it on a third party company (that you can’t even name🤥🤨) there is no excuse for it!
