Most of the times is Fear. There’s a particular fear I call the Fear to succeed and is about taking a step to the unknown. We all need to do it in order to grow, like moving out of our parents home. Will be scary as we have no idea how will be. Sometimes people got too scared and won’t take any step forward 🙏
