This argument started because I said you should go to the gym. And all your lazy girls started talking about how working out can even make things worse in pregnancy. Where are they? let them come and say it doesn't help, or reduce risks?🤔

Yes, a C-section is required for things you have mentioned.

That's why i said, "Do your best and leave the rest to God".

- Excessive weight for both mother and child
- Gestational diabetes
- High blood pressure
- Lack of stamina
- Weak pelvic floor muscles

Are these not issues science has taught can be controlled and avoided through workouts?

Workouts help and reduce the risk of needing a C-section.
If you want to be lazy, just say so
But don't open Mouth and say it doesn't help reduce the risk of having to need one
