Rover is a father figure for 99% of the cast. And he acts like that generally. The only time I seen him/her waiver was the reunion with YangYang. That was 100% flirting no implied just straight up. So yall gonna have a baby or what? Hsin again was more about her affection but he didn't return it. Just went a long with her whims.
