She was last seen at Entebbe International Airport this morning.

She is reported to have been detained at the airport after authorities denied her entry into Uganda.

Her whereabouts remain unknown. She has also not been allowed to communicate to anyone.

I am in Uganda as part of the defence team representing Kampala Mayor Erias Lukwago in the ongoing treason proceedings. Of particular concern is the decision by Ugandan Authorities to deny entry to Senior Counsel @MarthaKarua, who was travelling to Uganda for the same matter and in the same professional capacity.

The right to legal representation and the independence of counsel are fundamental to the administration of justice. It is difficult to understand why one member of a defence team should be admitted while another is turned away. We call upon the Ugandan authorities to provide an explanation for this action and to uphold the rule of law and regional cooperation that underpin the East African Law Society.

Top Government officials have informed me that the JKIA Expansion Contract was above board but that the issue was they didn’t communicate well with the public. They assured me they will make full disclosure earliest today. And I told them that patriotic Kenyans want JKIA expanded and/or new more modern & bigger airport built. Constitutional Division of our High Court holds that the Constitutional Rights of Gachagua were violated but proceeds to compensate him for the violation instead of annulling the process. The High Court has given the Court of Appeal an easy bifurcated choice: affirm the violation & nullify the impeachment or set aside the alleged violation & confirm the impeachment.

The decision of the High Court is a judicial absurdity: REDUCTIO AD ABSURDUM!

Today, I listened to the name calling directed at former President Uhuru Kenyatta in Mombasa, where the Kenya kwisha brigade claimed he did nothing for the Coastal region.

As the person who led the Uhuru Delivers Campaign, a robust digital media initiative that tracked, documented and showcased the former President’s flagship projects through research, photography, videography and storytelling, I still have our full archive of data, videos, photos and campaign materials. 

Here are some of the key projects Uhuru’s administration delivered in the Coast region:

✅ Development of Lamu Port (Phase 1 with three berths completed and operational under LAPSSET)
✅ Makupa Causeway Bridge in Mombasa, which significantly eased the Kibarani traffic jam
✅ Dredging and expansion of Kilindini Port, including the second container terminal and Kipevu Oil Terminal
✅ Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from Mombasa to Nairobi
✅ Rehabilitation of Mama Ngina Waterfront, which Uhuru personally oversaw and commissioned
✅ Rehabilitation of Kongowea and Marikiti markets
✅ Dongo Kundu Bypass linking Mombasa to Kwale County
✅ Mavueni Bypass (Mariakani–Kaloleni–Mavueni Road), providing a direct route from Nairobi to the North Coast via Mariakani
✅ Malindi–Sala Gate Road and Mariakani–Bamba Road

Additionally, Uhuru’s government issued over 800,000 thousand title deeds in the Coastal region to address historical land injustice.

Proof of life.
We have seen OCS Dishon Angoya, he is under medical care and recuperating well. He has been placed under heavy security but equally Kenyans have camped outside Langata Hospital.

Releasing petty offenders especially when there is no evidence to charge them is within the mandate and powers of an OCS.

Dishon followed the law. He also consulted his superiors before releasing the 48 mostly young people who had been picked up at different locations within the city. Some of them were not even protesting.

The good thing is that Dishon is strong, he knows he was acting within the law and Kenyans are in solidarity with him!

We are at Langata Hospital, where OCS Dishon Angoya has been admitted. He is facing prosecution for releasing Kenyans who were wrongly arrested for exercising their rights. Central Police Station OCS Dishen Angoya has been arrested for releasing 64 innocent people who were detained during yesterday’s fuel protests. Arresting Angoya for respecting the right to protest is a clear sign of desperation by Ruto. We are going to defend him and provide legal support.

Chief Inspector Angoya must be celebrated for being the only officer brave enough to disobey illegal orders from Murkomen and Kanja. We are also calling on the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Judiciary not to approve the trumped-up charges that will be brought against him.
