@itsDWE @FlexChapmanTV@PaulTassi Steam player hours, huh?
The fun for a lot of arpg players is that leveling grind, seeing a build come to fruition, getting geared up, and doing it all over again. That's why literally every arpg has been designed around this loop. But you already know that as a Diablo vet.
@ChIMeRaTeX@FatMonkeNut@PaulTassi Check out the dev fireside chat they did the other day. Should be a vod up on youtube/twitch on the official diablo channels.
@ChIMeRaTeX@FatMonkeNut@PaulTassi Devs recently confirmed both how much of the map you've cleared as well as the altars you've found will be automatically applied to new seasonal characters, along with the renown they gave.
@BlueJay_42@FatMonkeNut@PaulTassi For sure. ARPGs have largely been a niche genre for a reason. Def aren't for everyone but so very loved by many, which is why D4s popularity is putting it in an interesting spot. Hope the fun lasts for you and you give seasons a chance!
@BlueJay_42@FatMonkeNut@PaulTassi The idea of a main isn't really a thing in ARPGs. That's an MMO mindset. Unlike MMOs, there isn't much to do at lvl cap aside from reroll because endgame is the push to 100. Dont like saying how to have fun, but promise you'll enjoy it more with a different approach to the game.
