BREAKING: Crisis erupts at the border as Border Patrol accuses Texas' MAGA Governor Greg Abbott of illegally using the National Guard to block Border Patrol agents from accessing a 2.5 mil stretch of the border.

The stunning revelation was made in a official filing from Biden's Justice Department to the U.S. Supreme court.

This new showdown comes as the justices on the Republican-packed court are considering an emergency request from Biden to remove deadly razor wire fencing that has been illegally installed along the Texas-Mexico border by Abbott's henchmen.

Biden's administration is arguing that states cannot restrain federal officials from executing their duties and that they have the primary responsibility and authority over immigration policy and border enforcement.

According to this new Justice Department filing, Border Patrol was informed this week that state authorities were fencing off an area along the border that is known as a staging ground for U.S. Border Patrol.

The Texas National Guard is now making it impossible to enter the area and is "rendering its agents unable to place mobile surveillance trucks."

"Border Patrol agents in a vehicle towing a boat to launch on the boat ramp requested access to Shelby Park, but the Texas National Guard refused to permit them to access the area. Border Patrol agents likewise requested access to the staging area and Texas National Guard refused," the filing reads.

The Border Patrol's oversight of the region is now restricted to "a narrow sliver from a single surveillance camera located outside of the newly fenced area."

In other words, this is a blatant and illicit power grab by Greg Abbott. He fancies himself a dictator of Texas immune to federal law. He should be prosecuted immediately.
