Here’s my idea following Professor Dawn Skelton and @betterageing’s workshop on inpatient deconditioning - a laminated tick sheet to place in patient bed spaces to prompt all ward staff to encourage movement, tick off tasks with wipeable pens, and reduce deconditioning! #BGSconf
@blacksladder We are using the Sunderland logbook for ACCPs which is free and have formatted our FICM assessments using Microsoft developer so they are now electronic forms, it’s a bit clunky but does keep everything electronic.
