@Silkypromaids@RI_DLT Same as my son. On 4/19 his certification for payment was approved with no payment this week. Received email to recertify on 4/26 and received same message.
@Silkypromaids@RI_DLT Same thing happened to my son. How can it exceed when you are employed? He certified and it was accepted on the 19th of April, but did not receive anything. Same email that you received today and same reply!

@RI_DLT I received an email this morning to certify on UI Online but when I entered information needed, an error message appeared after I submitted that said I needed to enter information? I applied for Emergency COVID-19 UI through Cares Act.

Received email to certify on UI Online but when I enter information an error message comes up that states that I need to enter information. I applied for Emergency COVID-19 (Cares Act).
@RI_DLT When advised to use TeleServe (online) I get a message that I need to call. You cannot call in because of the demand for UI benefits. The answers and process has been ambiguous. It has been 4 weeks for me and the notifications to me as well as to my family are very confusing.
