In the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys, Rule 3.8 — entitled Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor — it states:

“The prosecutor in a criminal case shall:

(a) refrain from prosecuting a charge that the prosecutor knows is not supported by probable cause”

Former Olympian David Hearn was arrested on June 19. 13 days later, on July 2, he was indicted by Jeanine Pirro for destruction of government property, a felony that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. 29 days after indicting Hearn, Pirro dropped the charge after an investigation showed the damage was the result of shoddy work and haste to try and please Trump, and not vandalism.

Pirro ought to resign. Her duty is to all of the American people, not just to one man. She had a duty to conduct a competent investigation to determine whether there was probable cause before seeking a felony indictment. Instead, she rushed to indict to please Trump and in doing so she jumped the shark.

MAGA has taken Christ out of Christian and Just out of Justice. What a disgrace.
