@philipsindia Pl send me the item immediately since i will not fall prey to your company corrupt practices. I will complain to highest authority in case you are not sending the correct item to me by 24th april. I am an aware customer and not leave things behind.

You procedures are anti customer and will not yield much. Rather providing an immediate replacement, you are making me wait
