As far as I can tell, people appearing at the RC claiming they’re victims of antisemitism can make any claims they want to make without substantiating any of them.

Imagine a victim appearing at a RC into violence against women - you’d have to produce police reports, medical evidence, photographs, x-rays & your feelings about the whole thing would be tacked on at the end if there’s time.
