#H4EAD processing times is now anywhere from 6.5 to even 10 months! It is now guaranteed that existing EADs will expire and H4s will lose jobs when they file extensions. Since USCIS could not repeal H4EAD, this is their workaround. Hope the Biden admin addresses this.

Planning to reform the immigration system must include plans to reform the agency that deals with immigration. 14 months to process an EAD is absurd specially when they allow to file only 6 months in advance. People are losing jobs cos of delays and no fault of their own.
