A tank horror game I’m working on. Operate a super-heavy WWII tank alone, fighting enemy tanks and alien beasts across post-apocalyptic wastelands. @Taisona12 It doesn’t do anything in the demo, but in the full game that panel will have additional buttons for things like toggling minimap elements and similar features.
I’m planning to expand decorative figures and items in Breaking Armor. Barking Arnold is already in the game, and I’m also planning to add miniature tank models. I have a few other ideas as well.
Is there anything you’d like to see in the game? It can be figures or other decorative elements, both inside and outside the tank, as long as they fit the game’s setting.
Tank hunting in the post-apocalyptic wastelands.
A new mechanic in my tank horror game Breaking Armor: hunting down enemy tanks.
-You receive an approximate location of the enemy tank from intelligence data.
-During the mission, you use a drone to pinpoint its exact position.
-You then have to flank it from the side or rear where the armor is thinner and destroy it from a safe distance.
-Finally, tow the wreck back to base to recover parts.
@Herobryce1075 The tank looks cool and would fit stylistically with its additional armor plates, those cylinders on the turret, and the long gun, but unfortunately it’s a bit too weak in terms of armor and firepower. If it comes to American heavy tanks, I’m considering the T29
I’ve been thinking about what non-playable tanks should appear in Breaking Armor besides the Maus, which is definitely going to be in the game.
Right now I’m considering the T95, IS-7 and Object 279, though I still haven’t fully decided. I need 3 vehicles that:
-originate from the WWII period or shortly after it
-are large enough to house all the additional equipment
-can penetrate the E-100 and be penetrated by it, but not from all sides
-have enough interior reference material available

@bowmanween Interesting suggestions. The IS-7 and Object 279 are already my main Soviet candidates, and I’ll probably only choose one Soviet vehicle overall so the tanks come from different countries for more variety
