@UKVolkswagen@SEATUK A Seat with a fault that says leave in P take ro workshop. It is financed through VWFS but no one wants to seem to help. Is it right to have to take a new car in nearly 10 times and still for the issue to not be addressed?
@SEATUK and @UKVolkswagen Its been over a year .... is anyone actually going to try and resolve my complaint regarding the sub quality car you sold me? Same error telling me not to drive it and you haven't fixed it because you don't know the root cause....
@SEATUK Why do you let customers complaints go over 56 days and not seem to care? Why does ***** in the executives' office speak to me with an attitude and why does no-one apologise that I have had a car with the same fault for over a year and it is a Mar 18 Plate?
@SEATUK Hey guys, my 18 Plate Arona has been in to your workshop about 8 times since having it. The fault has reoccured today.... telling me to leave in P. You've changed the same part at least 3 times....Is there any possibility you can actually fix it? Getting really fed up.
