#Lesson10: the fact that men can still get away with raping women by asking for their hand in marriage is completely twisted. This is why we need feminism... men and women deserve equality. To shame women like that and have sympathy for the man is repulsive!

#Lesson9 asks, "Do we have privacy in the age of technology and social media?" I don't believe we 100% do. For example, social network website Facebook writes in their terms & conditions that they have a right to post whatever pictures we upload to Google!

#Lesson8 not only is the citation component tricky but the introduction component is as well. It is important to be clear and concise which isn't the easiest part of a paper, especially because you do not want to give away too much information in the beginning.

#lesson8 i think technology as a tool to improve educational institutions is useful, for example, when it comes time to reference and cite a paper, I often rely on the Internet to guide me in how to properly cite it

#lesson7 the ICT approach is definitely one that I would define as successful and useful, not only for K-12 but I can see how it would be useful for older students too!

#Lesson7: states that "media is becoming a pervasive force in our students’ lives at home." I think this "persuasive force" can unfortunately, possibly influence some distractions with technology being enforced in the classroom.

#lesson7 the fact that "Bronfenbrenner’s systems theory has been utilized many times by educationalists to analyze students’ development" is astonishing. Children really do differ in learning habits because of the environment they're surrounded by daily!

#lesson6 in this lesson, i think chaining relates to the idea of becoming addicted to displaying this "alter ego" we created about ourselves online, so much so, that face-to-face compliments and validation isn't as important anymore .

#lesson6: identity on social media can be so easily manipulated, its easy to project someone we desire to be rather than who we actually are, for example, unfortunately a lot of individuals will do so^ in order to receive "likes."

#Lesson6, I believe some social media projects are more successful than others because of proper citations, thinking qualitatively and using creativity, and sometimes, it's easy to project something "ideal" on social media that isn't exactly the case "in real life"

#lesson5 "Communication is a matter of actions" I agree. For examples, emojis only add on to what we are trying to express, but those core feelings could never be represented by just sending emojis. Communication is much deeper than that!

#Lesson5 In the slide, they ask us "Does technology give us freedom or the illusion of freedom?" I think it gives off an illusion as technology only provides us with TOOLS to express our freedom, but monitoring is so common.
