Got my ass kicked this morning. It was nice to disconnect for an hour, even though I was physically in pain from deadlifts, barbell squats, mousetrap on the treadmill (some call it treadmill sprints), and many more.
My trainer said she likes the running punks logo 🧷

@nadeneghouri @LEBassett If he gets reelected, I believe many will leave, leaving Israel to the orthodox. This would be intriguing, because currently the seculars are the ones paying the taxes and serving in the military.
Either way, Israel is not going to be the same.

The situation in Israel was bad even before the war. Many of our friends were looking into leaving Israel and finding a new place to live.

@nadeneghouri @LEBassett Netanyahu only cares about himself. He made Hamas a strong force in Gaza. I never voted for him or his party; they are destroying Israel from the inside.
Hamas is putting the Palestinians at risk, using them as human shields. They are not fighting for freedom but for power.

I'm constantly looking for distractions, trying to balance the amount of news I read, trying to stay sane.
Not having a job or a regular routine does not help my mental health. I try to keep myself occupied by playing music, workout, and going for walks as much as I can.
