We gained 12 new AAUP members in August 2022! We are more than halfway to securing a faculty majority at Gallaudet.

Five percent of our faculty joined the Gallaudet AAUP in the month of April alone. We now represent 22% of Gallaudet faculty!

Chris Yuknis and I met with COO Dominic Lacy, Provost Jeff Lewis, faculty governance officers, and others on Monday to discuss the Gallaudet AAUP's recent salary analysis. The consensus was that something should be done about faculty salaries.

We will be at the UF Senate meeting today to discuss some proposed changes to the UF Handbook, and to challenge a recently accepted Handbook change.
