1) State Road 19 will have overnight work taking place on Oct. 29 & 30. The road will remain open each night with 1 lane being restricted.
2) 186th Street has reopened but 191st Street west of SR37 is closed. Follow @INDOTEast for updates on SR37 projects.
3) Frights at Forest is 5 to 9 p.m. tonight at Forest Park. Admission and all activities are free to the public.
4) The @GalsGuideLib will host a Witch & Famous event at @NobleCreates from 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday.
5) Noblesville’s Trick-or-Treat hours are to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31. Have a safe Halloween!
