The Galxe ID is no longer required in the tweet text, ensuring wallet addresses remain private during the binding process.

Excited to share a new way to track your impact in the community! The Starboard “Search & Submit My Posts” feature is live.
Now you can easily find your X (Twitter) posts on Starboard—or submit them if they’re not indexed yet. Just head to the Starboard page, click “Search & Submit My Posts,” paste your X post link, and hit Search. If your post isn’t found, select “Submit Now” to get it indexed.
Remember: Only public posts are eligible, and all submissions go through Starboard’s filters. Start showcasing your contributions and climb the leaderboard!

Hi @Lil_og_victor if your posts are not reflecting on Starboard, it's most likely due to one of the following reasons:
1. Indexing Delays: Posts may take 1-2 days to be indexed and reflected in Aura scores on Starboard. The system doesn't update instantaneously.
2. Post Eligibility: Only original posts on public X feeds are eligible - reposts, comments, and posts within X Communities don't count toward Aura.
If it's not one of these and the posts still aren't appearing on Starboard, you can submit your X account link using the "Don't see your post? Submit here" feature on the Starboard page.

@ZaksansPG@Danfavour6 Ah I see, I believe that X's review and Galxe's are looking at two different things. Whereas X has reviewed your account, our system also analyzes those accounts that engage with yours. We'll have a closer look at your support conversation, though.
We heard some Galxe Starboard users are having trouble reaching our support team when they contact our chat bubble. To make the path clear, we've added a new option to our support system. Also note the prompt I used to skip the AI and get straight to the team. Best of luck everyone 😀
Hey all, it can take up to 2 days for a new post to be indexed on the Starboard. You may want to refer to our FAQs in the Starboard Guide for Community Users to make sure your post is eligible to earn Aura, and that the time frame is correct:

You're right @penda0x , at this time only your Top Posts are visible to you, along with the Aura for each of them. We're working on adding more visibility for your other posts too.
