The broken process:
Let's say i was not wrongly hit with this policy
The denial does not cite specific videos. No corrective path is identified
The 90-day reapply window is only meaningful if a creator can identify what to change. Without specifics, it is not corrective , it is opaque.
and of course no real human reviewed my appeal, because if it was the case they would've corrected the mistake
Note : The appeal button in YouTube Studio is also non functional on my account. I only learned my appeal had been reviewed because a support agent confirmed it by email. The button itself still leads to a contact us form. and thats also frustrating

Youtube Memberships:
I promoted memberships. The audience joined. YouTube took 30% of every payment and that also was paused which i dont understand why , no ads on those videos!
also The membership proves there are people that value my content to pay for and support me as a creator ! how can it be unauthentic and mass produced or ai... ?
I met a lot of my members in real life and we even did videos together on the channel (check the image)
my members now lost badges of over +1 year as supporters of my channel because of this

I had regular calls with my dedicated YouTube Partner Manager. pushed me to try every feature YouTube launched: lives, channel memberships, Shorts...
but that was only for a couple of months to push features

The denial cites "mass-produced templates" "minimal variation"....
None of these accurately describe the channel.
I appealed. The appeal came back denied ,also the appeal button in my YouTube Studio still leads nowhere when I click it. I only appealed through a support agent chat.
