Kind of as dumb as not knowing how to spell Grier but what do I know.

I was just saying Grier was probably capable of doing most of this same shit and we would have said it was horrible. No one would have forgiven Grier for taking Proctor over Downs and Bain or reaching for certain guys. But this guy gets a pass because it’s supposed be different now.

Yes my opinion but I can point to a hundred reasons why taking a blocking TE in the 3rd round is a bad value. Maybe not a horrible player but absolutely bad value. That’s just one example because I feel like they did the same thing in a few slots.

You could have had Downs or Bain. Although I hope not, my guess is they will have better careers than Proctor. Reached on a receiver at 75, wasted a 3rd on a blocking TE because we needed those things. Also wasted a 5th on yet another TE that won’t even make team. We didn’t get great value out of the picks because they were focused on needs. This GM talked about drafting a QB every year and didn’t even do that because he felt he didn’t need a QB. Again not a huge philosophical change from what the Dolphins have always done. I hope I’m wrong but that’s just my initial reaction.
