Had my first eGFR test after 9 years and it’s 87 (normal range is >/= 90). So our lifestyle and food choices will really take toll on us. I had to shift and adjust everything.‘Di ako papayag na mahulog ito sa CKD. Laban! Pacheck ka na din!💪🏽

Last Sept 28 marks my 8th year as PLHIV. Also, I recently switched to Teldy and earlier I got the lab results, UD for 8th years. I am a bit over thinker since my creatinine is 1.17 and the max range is 1.1. So I have to balance it out now I’m in my running era. Char 🙏🏽#PLHIV
