Apparently there was an accidental fiber cut ~5hrs ago and our data center is completely offline. Could be a few more hours until they finish splicing the fiber cables back together.

@McFunkypants @TrenchcoatBde I do agree the broad picture of senior vs entry isn't great. Also keep in mind most of the current tagging is based on title keywords and isn't perfect. Plenty of improvement to be done there.
@McFunkypants @TrenchcoatBde 2nd theory is that with much more competition for entry level positions, those job openings will close faster. The senior positions will be harder to hire for and stay open longer.
@maxnichols@hedgewizardly@JanDavidHassel Very true. Have seen listings that are 1-2+ years old! And some companies just have a generic listing for "Artist" or "Software Engineer" that they leave open forever to keep receiving applicants. Valve might be a good example of this.
