A truly pathetic loss in every sense. Everything I’ve given Aaron Glenn credit for in the past, having his guys ready to play, pre-game preparation, none of it happened today in a must-win layup game.

It’s over. I wanted it to work with Glenn given his history with the organization but he just doesn’t get it once the ball is kicked off. Fired his whole staff year 1 and brought in the current iteration that also doesn’t seem to know what the fuck it’s doing.

They are in desperate need of a fresh, young innovative offensive minded HC and I think they have the assets to attract one. This can be a one year turn around with this roster, 3 first round picks and $100MM in cap space.

1 - It is hard to overstate how poor the defensive schematic approach and game plan was in the first half, which was effectively go Cover 1 and blitz everyone with no plan for the TE and the highly mobile quarterback. Team also has *one* interception over past 24 games...and while they stabilized most of second half, similar to last week, they got bullied off the field upfront when it mattered most.

2 - To the above, unfortunately at first glance Phillips and WMD are borderline unplayable right now. You are getting more juice from Jackson and Lynn at this point but their front seven has been incredibly soft the past two weeks.

3 - The disparity between Geno's box score production and actual performance remains fairly staggering week to week. Plenty of times GW was running open ignored and taking that sack on 3rd and goal was awful...also had a few shaky checks and for the love of god, if he won't do a QB sneak with inches to go, sub in Klubnik, Sadiq or Levis for it. It is crazy work to not have it in the playbook.

4 - Everything else aside (and there is alot), AG isn't going to be able to overcome hiring Steve Wilks and Frank Reich as coordinators in consecutive years. Will take a highly unlikely turnaround at this point to be around in 2027.
