Ultron taking over Jim Hammond's body would explain everything.

At the end of VisionQuest, Ultron uses Jocasta and Wiccan's powers to transfer his consciousness into Jim Hammond. This could explain why they want to capture Vision rather than kill him: they need to transfer his essence into Jim's body, allowing Ultron to take over the White Vision we've come to know.

The comics already established a connection between Ultron, Jim Hammond, and Vision. Ultron-5 once recreated the Human Torch as a vessel for revenge against Henry Pym and the Avengers. That recreation eventually became the Vision.

The MCU could be bringing this full circle.

He went from janitor to making $600 MILLION in 1 year!

I interviewed a business mogul in Beverly Hills and I asked him:

- The turning point to financial freedom in his life since he started out as a janitor.

- The best financial advice he received throughout his career and the best industry to get into in today’s world if you want to become a millionaire.

Lastly, since he didn’t go to college, he gave me a piece of advice about business that’s not taught in school.
