🎥 Are you fast enough to make the play?
Below is an example of the fielder pop time test we use as part of the Fielding rating in our Universal Rating System. We have players start on their stomach to simulate a diving play and standardize for everyone.
This is not an unpopular opinion. Everybody who cares about the game today is feeling this.
This is why we built the Universal Rating System. The sport needed a standard for what it means to be good.
And we've made it accessible without parents paying $2K+ for assessments.

🎥Can you check the box or not? That’s all that matters.

🎥 Stop cheating the test @CC20rake
There’s a a reason all of the testing for the Universal Rating System is validated with video…

⚡️ What is fast in the grand scheme of the sport?
Corbin Carroll had the highest running rating across both rosters in the MLB All Star Game.
This is the gap between he and the highest rated 12u player from tests we ran with @EVOBaseballMA#peloteroURS#playerintelligence
🎥 When an organization utilizes the Universal Rating System they are establishing a standard for players and parents.
This is about perpetual evaluation. Every player always knows exactly what they need to do to reach the next level. #peloteroURS
