Xbox and PlayStation, have all their systems emulated, and all their games on sites and servers.
And have yet to pull any of them.
Nintendo is just greedy and stupid, maybe they should spend that time, focusing on better hardware and better IPs for their fans.

These terms have been the same for Steam, Xbox and Nintendo as well.
People don't read their terms, this isn't a new thing.
Digital content has always been a license and nothing more.
