@py_bun I had an idea for a ghost hero that can haunt the actives they use, so you could like follow your targeted actives dashing with them or like hide in the floor with alch fire.
Maybe they get to have a 5th active slot as an ability with that passive on it. Idk.

His ult should have double the cooldown if he doesn't hit anything with it, like billy 2.

@lolztehtroll He's 11/38 for max boons hp, that's pretty high for a hero as mobile as him? Of the ones above him, I'd agree lash and warden could use their hp at max boons nerfed.
He's literally 6/38 for base hp. The heroes above him have no mobility and hurtboxes twice the size of shiv's lmao

Its the shotgun being way too strong with minimal investment in it. The AP rework combined with them moving the max ap to 40k makes the hero stupid.
Put the gun damage from cloak back on actually teleporting and pocket is fine.

Vin flight needs some changes its just too slow for current deadlock.

@Winstonplayer1 Even with his m1 centric aim criteria, in what fucking universe is drifter not bottom of the barrel for that? If you land 1 pellet of his weapon it does full dmg. Only thing you need to aim is the 2.
