@JosephDuhownik The Recovery Plans of 2017 & 2022 are based on a more advanced, customized population viability model with all the best available science and are far more complex and realistic than previous versions. Constant complaints to the contrary are without scientific or legal merit.
@JosephDuhownik Don't understand the urgency to fix something when the wild MX wolf population has grown an average of 14% annually since 2009, with a 23% surge in the last year. Recent survey showed all-time records in # of wolves (241), # of pups produced (121) & recruited (81), # of packs.
@JosephDuhownik There is no such thing as a 2012 Recovery Plan. There is a 1982 Recovery Plan and a 2017 First Revision. It does a disservice to readers to imply or falsely state there was an earlier plan that was better when none existed.
