After catching Colt Emerson’s first home run baseball, Garett got the chance to meet Colt in person and the experience only got better from there. Colt signed the home run ball, signed another baseball for Garett’s co-worker, and even went back into the clubhouse to grab a Louisville Slugger bat so he could autograph it too.
“I was giddy,” Garett said. “I never thought I would be excited about a signed bat, but this was really cool… just a once in a lifetime experience for me and it’s something that I’m never going to forget.”
