it seems that it'll just be like the next update and there'll be nothing significant like a new killer or anything, just a lot of skins, cosmetics, a new ablity, and a rework for broken ability combos! But that aint bad

obviously this may not be final, and the message posting the video could be hinting towards stacking nerfs for tracker

wow whats this new ability(and maybe some other things if you can spot them!)
the new ability is the tracker ability, from what i can tell, you bring out a device, and if you hit the killer with a beam within a certain range, the killer gets highlighted and you go invis!

the settings ui will be heavily customisable in a future update, allowing you to also save presets and share them around
and also ability loadouts or something
