Before Mario Maker 2 was announced I made Amiibo costumes for fun.
Unfortunately Amiibo Costumes were removed, but I still keep making costumes because I love doing it.
So far I've made 400 costumes, and I'm always open to character requests.

@Schaffrillas I'll probably still give an edge to Pikmin 4. But the Pikmin 3 mission mode really gets addictive.
Recently I tried doing an "unexpected" run of Mission Mode, where you go for a score higher then what the online Leaderboards expects, and it's really is pure Dandori.
@Stealth40k Something that I think is underappreciated about Sunshine is how great F.L.U.D.D movement feels, and you can actually do a lot neat platforming tricks similar to Mario Odyssey. (Footage from Mario 3D All Stars)
@Stealth40k I think websites that use a five star system. 3/5 scores get converted to 60. That typically lowers the average. Which feels weird, as I never really consider 3/5 a 60.
It's also weird the metacritic doesn't really give details on the type of rating system each publication uses.
@TheNCSmaster The one that I'm curious about is Fire Emblem Heroes. Because the game's story seems to be suggesting the game is going to be finished in a year or two.
Which makes me wonder if they'll just delist it, or make a offline version.
@Stealth40k Nintendo's acquiring a majority share in Monolith Soft has payed off the best considering they spent less then a million to acquire them.
They provided important support to Zelda, Splatoon, and Animal Crossing. Games that have sold over 100 million copies combined on the Switch.
@ChrisRPG1 It will probably have to be a toss up between Gen 4 and Gen 2.
Gen 2 new evolutions gave of some excellent Pokemon like Crobat, Steelix, Scizor.
While Gen 4 felt like it made more Pokemon lines feel complete. Like Magnezone, Electivire, Tanegrowth, Togekiss, Mismagius.
@TheNCSmaster Well portability definitely gives Switch it's own selling point. It's insane how portability has been Nintendo's most consistent success.
Their success with portables goes all the way back to the Game & Watch. Meaning Nintendo has relied on portability longer then Mario.
@GasbotW@TheNCSmaster To be fair even when next gen consoles launch for Xbox & Sony, developers are still going make their games cross gen for a couple years.
At that point Switch 2 would already been around 4 or 5 years on the market. Giving Switch 2 tons of 1st and 3rd party games by that point.
@Stealth40k With Nintendo making a bigger push for digital sales over physical. Maybe they should do a digital successor to Nintendo Selects for older games.
Not the bigger sellers like BOTW. More the games that sold under 3 million. Like Arms, Fire Emblem Engage, Metroid Dread, etc.
@electri_kevin Pretty spot on. I think the top 3 can be arranged in any order. But I probably say Noctowl being 6th place, just from Ash's shiny Noctowl from the anime giving it more recognition.
@Stealth40k I think overall it's Sakurai decision, depending on his next project after Air Riders. Because I don't think Sakurai would do a simple graphical boost.
But if it happens I would love new modes and features instead of Fighter Pass 3. Also Trophies returning will be great.
@antdude92 It's funny how Switch 2 is also seeing a huge wave of 3rd party support similar to the 2018 Switch as well.
Compared to the Wii U days, Nintendo's third party support has drastically improved over the past 10 years. An that's really great to see.
@antdude92 It's a similar to Banjo Tooie. Where it's a fun platformer but the repetitiveness and backtracking really bogs it down.
It doesn't help that the Kongs just feel like Banjo's moveset split into 5 characters. I think a Donkey & Diddy duo character would of been a better idea.
@TheNCSmaster I agree, but I wish Geoff's shows pushed for more gameplay. So many trailers in his various shows is just a cg trailer, with 5 seconds of gameplay.
Final Fantasy 7 Revelation is a perfect example of what I want. Show the trailer, bring out the developer and showcase the gameplay
@Stealth40k I don't even think it's an issue with Geoff's shows, more the higher expectations of Nintendo Directs. Nintendo has around 2 or 3 big Nintendo Directs a year. Why take away a big announcement from your own event.
@ZWNfyMqCnyojEaC@Stealth40k True. I just wish those adults didn't have childish tantrums after the event is over. But that's just general online social media these days.
