Wayne Madsen is set to join a very rare club at the 2026 T20 World Cup. He previously played in the Hockey World Cup for South africa back in 2006 and 20 years later, he is returning to a WC stage and this time in a completely different sport.

Now 42 years old, Madsen will captain Italy in the T20 World Cup. He already played in multiple T20 leagues around the world.
