Last week we received an F1 Wagyu carcass that had been reared to a yearling steer by @Moondarra & grown out by Gippsland farmer, Nina Burke, to a three-year-old beauty. Nina came in to the warehouse to meet with Jerome and inspect the animal. Marble score MB6+
