So sat at work casually hunting Deoxys on firered when my sp goes red the very next encounter is a shiny after only 379 encounters, i caught it in a regular Poke Ball as well. I am shaking, absolute rush!

Great GO Fest, found 15 shinies including a Tropius and Costume Squirtle, banked enough Mega energy for Mewtwo and to level 50 it and found all the Unown and gained about 4.5 million exp

Today's haul from Legends Arceus. 3 new shinies for the dex. Shiny Bidoof (Will evolve to Bibarel), Spheal (Will evolve to Walrein) Burmy and Mothim all from random encounters. Shiny livingdex 995/1080.

Got a couple new shinies from Legends Arceus over last few days I forgot to post. Shiny Carnivine and Lickitung (will evolve to Lickilicky), both through Massive Mass Outbreaks, Carnivine was the 7th spawned and Lickilicky was 9th in the herds. Shiny livingdex 988/1080

@KantoChris I ended up using trick or treat to add the ghost typing and used a fighting move in the end was unable to kill the og mon then 🤣 I agree top tier method
