Wanna know what it’s like to switch from @RingCentral to @Zoom? Well… I’ve been trying to make changes to our biz account for three weeks via email, ticket, and phone. This is as close as I’ve gotten to getting a human being. Currently very sorry I made our company switch.
@AccountantMurph@RingCentral@Zoom@RingCentral was expensive and difficult to use, but if you had a question or needed support, they were right there. @Zoom is easier to use and much less expensive, but heaven help you if you need to get hold of someone beyond the "I'll open a ticket for you" guy/gal.
@captainjack767 @shannonrwatts Former airport ops person who had to deny boarding to MANY intoxicated guests. The captain is correct. I had to take a LOT of flack from my supes for denying boarding and calling airport cops in some cases, but I'd do it again. Strength sometimes requires... strength.
