WARNING: Wakefit customer support is an absolute scam.
My Wakefit Gravita chair developed a faulty locking mechanism within weeks, and their “1 hour callback” service is a joke. The representative kept repeating scripted lines without even listening, then disconnected the call.
I have proof of purchase, proof of the issue, and proof of these failed support interactions. If this is not resolved properly, I will continue escalating this publicly across platforms.

You have not yet responded to my previous message, what rocket science do you have to apply to initiate a fraudulent delivery? Or do you think myntra is going to get away with it as always
@MyntraSupport I have all the recordings of your call getting disconnected when opting for so called "customer champion"
Your agent making false claims and lying that the return will be picked up tomorrow then later apologising, all the fraudulent tactics used to avoid the accountability.
@MyntraSupport There is no patience, can't believe Myntra Customer has blocked my number after 3 times of enquiring about the return. Any firm or law would regard this a fraudulent behaviour
Now I am registering a complaint on consumer court and you will have to compensate for legal fees too.
