If you want to become a founder
here are some tips Iโd like to share
1. Be humble and avoid pointless drama
2. You need to listen to your members what their complaints are and what they want, not always put your ego first, which will make them dislike you.
3. Your members aren't slaves, so dont milking them by spamming "guys please raid my tweet (founder)"
4. Stop spamming tag everyone discoord, very very annoying bro, Maybe its okay if "time sensitive"
5. You need to be transparent about WL spots, most founder tend to reserve WL spots for their own and this is what causes your community members to lose trust.
6. A founder busy flexing his own portfolio usually has an empty community. Spotlight your members, not your ego.
7. If you're a founder, you need to actively manage your community not just for a short while (1-2 month dead)
8. Come up with some funny jokes to make your members feel more at home, so theyโre not just there to make money in the market. Sometimes the market dry and ppl need some entertainment.
9. Always welcome criticism and suggestions, these are steps toward improvement from your community. If you disagree, please explain why, as this is important for the community to learn from.
10. Your best member isn't the loudest one. It's the quiet one answering newbie questions without being asked.
11. make purge because this is great for filtering out which members are active and which are inactive, lurking, or mirroring
