@FerVerduzco @Delta Starboard engine failure on takeover was the cause. The tires being flat was because the pilot lost control momentarily and the wheels went over and through some of the drainage grating along the edge of the runway.

@rporter610 @Delta Delta - engine failure on takeoff cause the plane to pull to the right and the wheels to go partially off the runway and because punctured. Engine failure at take off is extremely dangerous and we still have yet to hear what is being done to compensate the passengers.
