@SkyHelpTeam hello 👋 im apparently supposed to have the Amazon Prome app on my Sky Q box but its not showing up in apps and when I try and do it using voice it says its not currently available - I've updated my box, any ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam So if I download a program in UHD and try and view it on my mini box will it just not work? Same with netflix as the app supports 4k on my TV? Is this because the boxes can't output 4K or is it a bandwidth issue? Cheers!

@SkyHelpTeam 👋I have recently moved onto skyq - heard the mini boxes don't support 4k, is this just for "live TV" or does it stretch onto boxset downloads and netflix too?
