@Geomancer86 @merli_mejia because there are certain activities ingame that have a time constraint, like certain buildings opening at certain times of the day. so we can "nap" if we dont have anything else to do. im looking into simplifying it, maybe remove the full sleep button and just indicate

@Geomancer86 @merli_mejia in the game, we sleep to replenish energy. in the game you can go for no sleep for up to 3 days but it will slow you down. so its more efficient to sleep daily, i also use it to simulate through the day.
