In fact, my tenure as 100% owner spanned only 9 months, from October 2021 until this morning.

I spent the first 20 months of this pandemic working almost exclusively from home. While I "ran the company," it was Gwendolyn and Sean who ran the *business*.

Taking this step was no small decision. This company was incorporated by my stepfather Michael Sloan in 1992. That makes this year our 30th anniversary, and in all that time no one outside of our family has been a shareholder.

This morning six justices of the U.S. Supreme Court told people born with uteruses that their decisions, their autonomy, and their lives -- no matter the circumstances -- are unimportant.

Games of Berkeley's ownership and management reject that notion.

Back in May we made a donation to @ARC_Southeast, which provides support to ensure Southerners receive safe and compassionate reproductive care. Tomorrow we will do so again, donating all of our profits from today's transactions.
