Booked a flight through @Cleartrip trying to reschedule the same since Saturday 12-Feb-22, they still haven't been able to do that. Everytime I call them they say it will be done in 2hours but we are back to 0. Is this how you treat your loyal customer ? Worst booking experience.

It really doesn't take 4-5 days to reschedule a flight.
I need to sort this out today itself.

There's a limit to which you'll can test a customers patience.

The service provider in India is also very slow with replies.
