I’m not here to teach you basic philosophy. I’m also no here to debate the difference between objective and subjective morals. My claim is subjective morality is just my preferences vs yours. Regardless where mine come from. Your preferences are no more justifiable than my own. Therefor you have no right to say anything that anyone else is doing is wrong. It’s just what you feel like at the time. It’s as easily interchangeable as what you feel like eating for lunch. And I might not like what you decide to eat for lunch. You have no position to judge anyone else on it.

No. I am saying you claim your morals are subjective and I am explaining to you by way of internal critique that it’s impossible.

You are presupposing morality. You are saying because this thing has been told to me to be good. There for its good. But you never stop to think what good itself is.

Like looking at a color. Your entire life your told the color orange is in fact orange. You just take for granted that it’s orange. But what if someone else was told that color is blue? It doesn’t change the color. Just changes the word used to represent it.

Morality can not be an opinion. Otherwise there is no foundation for what it actually means to be good. And if there is no good or bad. Then there is no justice and with no justice. Nothing is moral. Or immoral.

So. The last question. Define good. What makes something “good”?

So if my culture says that it is ok for human sacrifice. Then you have no justification to tell me I’m wrong. Because your morals are just based on your opinion.
