The most heartbreaking thing witnessed was, a beautiful little 8 year old girl that was so pleased with her gifts last year, unfortunately is no longer with us and has passed on😭😭😥😥

We handed out care packages and portable gaming stations to 140 kids who suffer from renal failure, at Charlotte Maxeke and two other hospitals.
