@fchampryan Yes - PS5 physically can’t microstutter (unless there’s a specific game glitch that happens in a unique situation, which is always reproducible).
What you felt is simply the non VRR 120Hz version, which is bugged but at least it’s known behavior.
This is def one problem I’ve had when it comes to SF6’s character design. Some characters like cammy, chun, marisa, dhalsim, etc are designed with flaws in mind while sagat has a good drive rush when speed/movement should be his weakness
