It’s ok to just say you don’t understand how anything works.
Iowa, a state right next door, has a pretty good football program. Indiana, not much better weather or location. Etc. This whole “the weather is terrible” is nonsense by people who don’t use their brains to think. Ohio and Michigan have better weather? Minnesota and Wisconsin?

No one is asking for national championships every year, like I said. All everyone wants is to be competitive and not embarrassing. The amount of money Nebraska puts in, the fan base, the facilities, etc, should be resulting in better outcomes. They are not. It’s coaching. It’s always coaching in college football. Rhule got his shot and has proven he will never do it.

Fans see proof elsewhere of this not being true. It’s not just Curt Cignetti. In college football the single most important person is the correct head coach. I give you, there’s not a lot, but there are better coaches than Rhule. I also do believe there’s a bunch of bullshit behind the scenes.

PJ can’t make the next jump at Minnesota, as funny as that is to say here in Nebraska. However he is a proven do more with less guy, has an amazing system and is a charismatic dude. He knows the B10 and could take the next step at a school like Nebraska. I doubt that happens, it’s just who I’d hire.
